How to stop:
- Put weight on outer ski and turn toward uphill
How to fall:
- Fall towards uphill - safer
- Try NOT to fall forward - might injure
How to standup:
- Skis cross the hill

Correct Posture:
- Put 90% weight on outside ski (release pressure from inside ski at the same time)
- Lean forward, feel the pressure from the shin (do NOT lean backward (should not feel the pressure from the back)
- Upper body do NOT move
- Do NOT turn with shoulder
- Steer with skis
- 身体要有angulation (stack)
- 眼睛不要往下看,要看远些
